| Description | Fredens Hus is a non-profit peace organization that started in 2003 as a new way to talk about peace issues. We meet tens of thousands of people every year and we are out in schools, in public places, having discussions, showing exhibitions, doing theater, games and other interactive activities. We want to engage real people and especially young people – those who are building our future. We meet them where they are and get them to start talking about peace here and now, based on their reality. We become another voice in their everyday lives, another perspective that can spark thoughts and sow seeds. We fight for the equal value of all people and for it to be a matter of course to respect and accept our fellow human beings regardless. We make the world a little better – one person at a time! |
